Fullbay - Whip Around Integration
Fullbay - Whip Around Integration
Updated this week

What’s New:

We have a brand new integration partner Fullbay.

The Fullbay-Whip Around integration streamlines fleet maintenance by automating defect management. Inspection defects from Whip Around are seamlessly pushed to Fullbay, creating service requests. As repairs progress, updates flow back to Whip Around, keeping defect statuses current. This reduces manual tasks, enhances efficiency, and ensures fleets stay in optimal condition.

Integration can be initiated on either platform once and defect information will start flowing from Whip Around to Fullbay.

Pre-requisites for integration -

  1. A Fullbay Pro or Elite subscription is required to integrate with Whip Around.

  2. Make sure that Assets in Whip Around and Vehicles in Fullbay have a VIN associated with them. This is crucial because the VIN is used to identify and sync data between both systems.

Active Integration
