AI Inspections Pro is an advanced add-on for Whip Around Inspections that uses artificial intelligence to help review inspection photos, form responses, and driver comments.
It is designed to give managers an extra layer of visibility by identifying potential issues that may need further review, such as visible damage, missed defects, or differences between inspection notes and submitted photos.
AI Inspections Pro does not replace your team’s inspection process. Instead, it helps your business catch issues earlier, improve inspection consistency, and reduce the time spent manually reviewing inspection submissions.
How AI Inspections Pro Works
Once enabled, AI Inspections Pro reviews eligible inspection photos and related inspection information after an inspection is submitted. AI Inspections Pro can help with:
Photo analysis
AI reviews uploaded inspection photos and looks for possible issues such as:
Scratches
Dents
Rust
Leaks
Visible wear or damage
Other anomalies that may require attention
Inspection completion checks
AI can help confirm whether required inspection tasks have been completed correctly.
For example, if an inspection requires a photo of the cab to confirm it is clean, AI can review the submitted photo and flag anything that may need further attention.
Cross-checking photos and comments
AI compares inspection photos with the notes or comments submitted by the driver or operator.
For example, if a driver comments “no issues” but the photo appears to show visible damage, AI may flag the inspection for review.
AI suggestions
When AI identifies something that may need follow-up, the item appears directly in your Inspection History. From there, your team can review the inspection, view the AI suggestion, and decide whether to create a defect or ignore the suggestion — without leaving the page.

Enable Analyze photos with Al on photo cards where AI review is useful.
Review AI suggestions regularly so issues are addressed promptly.
Create defects when AI identifies an issue that requires action.
Ignore suggestions that are not relevant so your team can stay focused.
Use Ignore suggestions to clear noise, and Undo if a suggestion was ignored by mistake.
Give thumbs up or thumbs down feedback so AI accuracy improves over time.
