Custom reports are tailored insights created specifically to meet your operational or compliance needs. If a custom report has been created for your account and you have permission to view it, you can now access it directly from your Whip Around dashboard—no more relying solely on emails.
How to view my custom reports
A new Custom Reports page is now available under the Reports section for users who have access to at least one custom report.
Log in to your Whip Around dashboard.
Navigate to Reports in the left-hand menu.
Select Custom Reports to view all reports available to you.
How does this differ from the reports I receive in my email?
If you currently receive custom reports via email, the reports displayed in your dashboard are the same ones—now conveniently embedded within Whip Around for easier access and ongoing reference. In addition to this, You will continue to receive your custom reports via email.
Who has access to the reports?
Custom reports are only visible to users who have been granted access. In most cases, your Account Owner or Admin determines which team members can view each report. If you believe you should have access but do not see the report, please reach out to your internal administrator
What functionality is offered with the reports?
View report
Users with permission can open and view the full report directly within the dashboard.
Delete report
Users with Admin role have the option to delete a custom report from the account. Deleting a report removes it from your dashboard but does not permanently erase it. It can be restored upon request by contacting our support team.
Filter and export data within reports
Depending on the report’s configuration, you may be able to:
Apply filters to refine the displayed data
Export the report for offline use
