Resellers: Create an Account & Assign Subscriptions

This is strictly for reseller accounts to manage their customers through the reseller portal. If you are wanting to be a reseller, please contact us at [email protected]

Updated today

1. Create the customer account

From the reseller home page, select “+ Add Customers.”

Follow the prompts to enter the customer’s primary contact information and company details.

This will create the customer’s Whip Around account and assign the primary contact as the Owner/Admin.

Once created, the customer’s account can be accessed anytime from the Manage Customers list on the reseller home page.

2. Add a subscription

From the Customer Details page, select “+ Add Subscription with Auto Billing.”

If you have not yet created a Recurly billing account, you will be prompted to enter payment information so Whip Around can bill your reseller account (not your customer’s billing information).

If your reseller account is set up for Manual Billing, you will also see the option “+ Add Subscription with Manual Billing.”

Note: To request Manual Billing, please contact Whip Around Finance at [email protected].

3. Select product tier and license quantity

Enter the quantity of committed licenses, then select the product tier:

  • Standard – Inspections

  • Pro – Inspections + Maintenance

You can update the subscription quantity or product tier at any time by selecting “Update Subscription” in the Subscription Details section.

4. Request additional services

For any of the following requests, please contact [email protected] or reach out directly to your Whip Around Partner Manager:

  • Setting up a Fixed Unlimited subscription plan
Fixed Unlimited is a flat-rate billing model that provides unlimited licenses and system access. These plans are approved by Whip Around Sales on a case-by-case basis and require a minimum 12-month contract.

  • Adding subscriptions for Whip Around add-on services such as Wallet or AI Inspect Pro

  • Activating a free trial for a customer
