Once a team has been created, you can bulk move assets, drivers, and users to a team. If you wish to delete a team, this would be the quickest way to transfer all of the data from the deleted team, to a new one.
Add Assets to a Team
Step 1:
On the Teams page, Select the team you want to add assets to from the left-hand sidebar, then select the Assets tab
Step 2:
Select the Add assets button in the top right of the page.
Step 3:
You’ll be able to see what assets are outside this team currently, and which team they currently belong to. Simply select multiple assets or search for an asset to assign them to this team
Add Drivers to a Team
Step 1:
On the Teams page, Select the team you want to add assets to from the left-hand sidebar, then select the Drivers tab
Step 2:
Select the Add drivers button in the top right of the page.
Step 3:
You’ll be able to see what drivers are outside this team currently, and which team they currently belong to. Simply select multiple drivers or search for a driver to assign them to this team
Add Users to a Team
Step 1:
On the Teams page, Select the team you want to add assets to from the left-hand sidebar, then select the Users tab
Step 2:
Select the Add users button in the top right of the page.
Step 3:
You’ll be able to see what users are currently not in this team yet, their role, and how many teams they belong to. Simply select multiple users or search for an user to assign them to this team
