Enable AI Analysis on Inspection Photo Cards
AI Inspections Pro can be controlled at the photo-card level within your inspection forms. This gives you flexibility over which inspection photos should be analyzed by AI. To enable AI analysis for a photo card:
Log in to Whip Around.
Go to Inspections.
Select Forms.
Open an existing inspection form that includes a photo card, or create a new form with a photo card.
Locate the photo card you want AI to review.
Turn on the Analyze photos with AI toggle.
When this toggle is turned on, photos captured using that photo card may be analyzed by AI Inspections Pro.
To stop AI analysis for a photo card, turn the Analyze photos with AI toggle off.

Access AI Inspections Pro
AI suggestions now live directly inside your Inspection History page. There is no separate screen to visit.
Go to Inspection History from the left-hand navigation menu.
In the grid toolbar, turn on the Inspections Pro toggle.
A new AI suggestions column appears in the table.
The toggle defaults to off on your first visit, and your choice is saved per browser so the view you left is the view you return to.

View AI Suggestions on the Dashboard
The Inspections Pro widget on your main dashboard gives you a quick view of recently flagged inspections without opening Inspection History.
Go to Dashboard → Main dashboard.
Scroll to the Inspections Pro section.
Use the arrows on the right to page through flagged inspections.
Each card shows the inspection photo AI flagged, the photo card name, the inspection result, the asset and driver, and the inspection number.
Select View all issues to open Inspection History, where you can review the full suggestion and create a defect or ignore it.

Review AI-Flagged Inspections
With Inspections Pro toggle on, any inspection AI has flagged shows a badge in the AI suggestions column.
Click any row with AI suggestions to expand it inline.
Review the suggestion cards inside the expanded row.
Each suggestion card shows the inspection photo, the AI description of what was identified, and the driver's comment for that item, so you can compare them side by side.
From the suggestion card, you can:
Create defect - opens a defect drawer pre-filled with the suggestion details.
Ignore AI suggestion - dismisses the suggestion. An individual undo is available immediately afterwards.
Thumbs up / Thumbs down - gives feedback that helps improve AI accuracy over time.
The row badge updates automatically to reflect the action taken, so you can see at a glance which inspections still need attention.

Ignore Suggestions in Bulk
If a batch of suggestions is not relevant, you can clear them together.
Select multiple rows in the Inspection History table.
Select Ignore suggestions.
Confirm in the modal.
Only pending suggestions are ignored. Suggestions that have already been turned into defects or previously ignored are skipped, and each ignored suggestion can still be undone individually afterwards.

Export AI Suggestions in CSV
When you export inspections to CSV, subscribed users get an additional AI suggestions count column showing how many suggestions each inspection has.
This column is always included for subscribed users, regardless of whether the Inspections Pro toggle is on. Existing export columns are unchanged.
