Both documents carry your company block, the work order's asset details, the line items and a summary. Amounts and tax are reproduced from the work order's cost summary exactly — there is no separate calculation, and if the work order has no tax, neither does the document.

Each row is the item name. Item descriptions are not printed.
Sub-items are listed underneath their item, labor first and then parts, each showing its own amount. The item row carries the totals.
Labor captured with the timer is marked with a clock icon and shows the hours tracked.
Logo, dates and currency
Your account logo is taken from your company settings page and sits at the top right.
Dates print as 9 Jun 2026, and amounts use your account's currency.
Documents are built for US Letter and flow onto as many pages as the line items need.
