If you assign a work order to a vendor or a third party, they can export from the work order link they receive in the email too — including a quote or an invoice to bill you with. They do not need a Whip Around account; holding the link is enough.
The company block uses the assignee's details — the name, phone and email on your vendor record, or the third-party contact's name and email where there is no vendor.
There is no company address and no logo on a document exported this way.
Terms, validity and payment instructions come from your account's settings.
Whoever holds the link types the document number.
