What approval rules do
Each rule has one condition (cost, asset, or team) and one outcome (require approval or skip approval).
Rules work on top of your statuses. A status still decides whether approval applies; rules decide when that requirement reaches a specific work order.
With no rules, approval works exactly as it does today. Nothing changes until you create your first rule.
Approvers are unchanged. Rules decide whether a work order goes through approval, not who approves it.
