Creating a Manager Reminder

Remind Managers to complete recurring tasks via email reminders

Step 1:

Navigate to the 'Reminders' module. Select 'Manager Reminder' category.

Step 2:

Begin by giving your reminder a 'Title', select which date 'Due on' the reminder should go out, what 'Time', and the frequency 'Reminder'. Next select which drivers and assets (if any) the reminder should applies to.

Step 3:

Write the description under 'Notes' the Manager should see in the reminder. Select 'Create' once finished.

Managers will receive the Reminder to the email associated with their Whip Around account.

Step 4:

You can review all reminders that are upcoming and previously sent under 'Completed'.

Deleting a Reminder

To delete a Reminder, select which Reminder you'd like to remove by using the arrow icon.

Select 'Delete' in the top right corner. Once deleted, the Reminder will no longer be active or send any notifications.
