You can easily export a list of your Inspection History. This allows you to view and export individual reports or multiple reports for a DOT audit.
This article will show you how to export your list of inspection reports into two formats:
Excel
CSV
While logged into whiparound.com, select 'Inspections' from the left hand menu and then select 'Inspection History'.
On the Inspections History page, you can filter your choices by choosing the Time Period, Team(s), or by searching using the Search Field.
Next, select the Inspection or Inspections you'd like to export by clicking the boxes on the left. You can select all Inspections by choosing the box at the top.
When you're ready, choose 'Export' and then select the file type you'd like to download.
You will see a confirmation of the successful Export.
A file will appear at the top right of your browser for you to click on and open to view your report.
