The 'Driver Wellness' module enables you to track and monitor your Driver's response to Covid-19 or other health related questionnaires included during an Asset Inspection. Driver Wellness cards can be added to any Form and the responses will be stored under the Driver Wellness tab. Admins and Managers will be able to view responses to these cards.

To view a Driver's response to a questionnaire, select the arrow icon on the Inspection ID.

Here you can view the responses from the Driver and follow up with the Driver if needed.

You can also see Driver Wellness responses by viewing an individual Driver profile.

Driver Wellness responses can also be exported if needed.
