GPS, Odometer, Engine Hours and DTC defects
1. On the Whip Around Dashboard go to > Assets
2. Click on the asset you want to view
3. Data is available throughout the asset details screen including at the integrations tab
View DTC Faults from Geotab in Whip Around Defects Module
It is possible to sync DTC Faults from Geotab into Whip Around
1. On the Whip Around Dashboard, hover over your profile name on the top right hand corner > Select Integrations
2. Find the Geotab panel > Click on "Enable incoming DTC". If the button says "Disable incoming DTC", that means the functionality is turned on, and DTC faults are being synced
3. To view these faults, Go to Maintenance > Defects. To narrow down all the DTC defects, click on the defect type filter on the right
