How to create a Work Order from scratch

The Whip Around 'Maintenance' module enables you to create work orders from scratch. You must be subscribed to Whip Around Maintain to create a work order.

Creating a Work Order

  1. Click on the 'Maintenance - Work Orders' module from the menu on the left.

  2. Click on '+ Create Work Order'

3. Select the Asset

4. Add your new Service Task to the Work Order.

Note: when adding a new task from scratch, it will create a new Service Task and add it to your library for future use.​

5. Select the Due Date and Assignee for the Work Order (if applicable)

6. Click Save
