Assets can be assigned to specific Drivers or entire Teams. When a Driver or Team have been assigned an Asset, they will be able to view and complete inspections for that Asset on the mobile app.
Assign an Asset to a specific Driver
Step 1:
Navigate to the Assets module and select the asset you would like to assign to a driver.
Step 2:
Within the asset details page, select the Driver Access tab, then click Edit.
Step 3:
Search for the driver by name and select the appropriate driver from the list.
Step 4:
Once you have selected the correct driver, click the OK button to save your changes.
The selected driver will now have access to that asset in the mobile app.
Assign an Asset to an entire Team
Step 1:
Select the People module > Teams. Look for the Team you want to assign the Asset to on the left pane, and click on it
Step 2:
You will be taken to the team's details page. On this page, click on the assets tab, and then on the top right, the Add assets button
Step 3:
Select the assets that you want to move to this team
