First you need to select an asset. The Forms will populate on the next page depending on which asset you choose.

After selecting an 'asset', you will see all the Inspection Forms that your manager has assigned to that particular asset. Scroll left and right to see all the available Inspection Forms. The number on the bottom of each form will tell you how many questions are listed on the form. *Note - Some Forms may also be available in Spanish and can be used to complete your Inspections.

Click the 'Select Form' button on the bottom of your screen.
