As a Driver, you may need to share or view past Inspections. Follow the steps below to easily access and share this information with your managers.
Step 1:
When logged into the Whip Around Mobile App, select the menu (hamburger icon) in the top left hand corner of your screen. Select 'Inspection history' from the list of options.
Step 2:
To see a complete list of inspections you've completed, choose 'My Inspections'. To see inspections you've completed on a specific asset, choose the asset name from your list. Once you've made your selection, tap 'View Inspection History'.
Step 3:
From the Inspection History page, you'll see a list of Inspections you've completed. Tap on an Inspection to view the Inspection Report. If you'd like to print or share this Inspection Report, tap the 'PDF' button in the top right corner.
You may either Print or Share the report by selecting the appropriate choice in the top right corner.
Note: If you log out of the mobile app & log back in, the Inspection History screen below will appear blank, but will re-populate once you complete another inspection after logged back in. We recommend staying logged into the mobile app, if possible!
