Your manager may have included health and wellness related questions on your vehicle inspection forms or may create a separate Covid-19 form that they'd like you to complete.

You will need to answer the questions included in the form to be able to submit the inspection report.

Any 'failed' questions related to your health and wellness will not create a vehicle defect and will not count against your vehicle inspection.
