Whip Around has different types of defect/question cards.

Mileage or Engine Hours

Mileage or Engine Hours cards can be entered manually or captured through a photo of the odometer. You will need to confirm the entered value before proceeding.

Multi-Check

Multi-check cards give you the ability to Pass groups of items or Fail an individual item.

In the example below, you can select Pass to pass all bullet points in the Engine Compartment, or select Check to fail an individual bullet point. Failed items require a photo and/or comment to proceed.

Single Check

Single check cards are used to pass (green check) or fail (red ex) an item. Failed items require a photo and/or comment to proceed.

Multiple Choice

Multiple choices cards will give you a list possible answers (up to 10 choices) and you can only select one possible answer. Certain answers selected may require a photo/comment to proceed.

Checkboxes

Checkbox cards give you a list of possible answers (up to 10 choices) and you can select multiple answers. Certain answers selected may require a photo/comment to proceed.

Photo

Photo cards will ask you to take a photo of a certain part of your vehicle. If your manager required the photo card be completed, you will not be able to proceed with the inspection unless you upload a photo. If your manager didn't require a photo, you can select 'skip' to continue.

Signature

Signature cards will require that you record your signature (you can use your finger to sign).

Text Entry

Text entry cards require a response in order to proceed to the next card. You can use letters, numbers, or symbols in your response (up to 600 characters).

Number Entry

Number entry cards require a response in a numerical format only.
