    Understanding Scheduled Export Reports

A Scheduled Export Report helps you quickly and conveniently access important data about your account. It can be created in three different time intervals - weekly, monthly, and yearly - and run at 9 AM on the specific day of the interval.

    Weekly Scheduled Export Reports

A Weekly Scheduled Export Report will run every Monday at 9 AM in your chosen time zone. This report includes data from the previous seven days - from Sunday to Saturday of the same week.

    Monthly Scheduled Export Reports

A Monthly Scheduled Export Report will run on the first day of every month at 9 AM in your chosen time zone. This report includes data from the previous month, starting the first day of that month and ending the last day of the month.

    Yearly Scheduled Export Reports

A Yearly Scheduled Export Report will run every January 1st at 9 AM in your chosen time zone. This report includes data from the previous 12 months - from January 1st to December 31st of the same year.

The report will contain the PDF of the Dashboard Insights during the time period and team selection you chose when viewing the dashboard.

Select ‘Save’ to schedule the report or 'Cancel' to return to the dashboard.

  2. Analyze Inspections and Defects Activity

The 'Inspections & Defects' sections give you a complete overview of top-level metrics and KPIs of fleet productivity.

You’ll see the number of inspections done and how long on average those inspections took.

To view the inspections in more detail, click through to the Inspections History tab. This will bring up the Inspections History page, where you can dive further into each specific case.

Back on the 'Inspections & Defects' dashboard, you’ll note the number of defects reported together with the average number of days it takes to correct those defects.

The small grey text underneath the numbers indicates whether the number of inspections, time or defects has increased or decreased.

The graph shows the trends of inspections and defects submitted over time. Hover over a point in the graph to view the actual data on that point.

The pie charts show the percentage of inspected assets, inspecting drivers and assets with defects over time. Note the change in percentage given as well, with either an ‘up’ or 'down' additional percentage.

The top five drivers with the least inspections completed are shown, making it easy for you to know who to chat with about reconciling their safety and compliance performance.

Similarly, the top five assets with the most defects are shown, giving you the opportunity to click into them and decide whether they need to be replaced, or more attention given to their maintenance.

  3. Driver and Asset Leaderboards

The bottom part of the dashboard provides you with leaderboards for your drivers and assets. The Whip Around dashboard helps identify your best and worst assets, providing insights into fleet health. By ranking driver’s inspection compliance you can acknowledge your top drivers. By measuring the time to resolve defects you can see how asset uptime is improving

Filter by Inspections or Average inspection time, and sort from most to least inspections. Select the driver for more information on inspections done.

Filter the Asset Leaderboard by Inspections, Defects, and Work Orders or view the total amount spent on completed work orders for the time that the user has selected on the dashboard up top and use the sort function to order by least to most. Select the Asset for more information.

  4. Dashboard Insights For Pro Plan Customers

Customers on the Whip Around Pro Plan can take a proactive approach to preventative maintenance before it results in a costly accident or unplanned downtime by using the 'Maintenance Summary' and 'Upcoming Service & Work Order Schedule' to view upcoming service and work order schedules.

View total number of defects by priority level, services, work orders and out-of-service assets. Track the amount spent on completed work orders for the timeframe selected by the user on the dashboard.

Use the 'Upcoming Service & Work Order Schedule' of the week to plan and prioritize your schedules. Hover over the work order on the day to get a quick rundown of the tasks within the work order.
