Whip Around can be accessed through a browser from your laptop, desktop, smart device and using the browser of your mobile device. There is also a Whip Around app you can download and use on your mobile.
If this is your first time logging in, then it's best to ensure you have the correct system requirements to run Whip Around optimally.

1. Log into Whip Around
Go to https://whiparound.com/ and select the 'Log In' text at the top right-hand side of the webpage.
TIP: Bookmark this page in your browser so it's easy to find in the future
Use your email and password to log in. Check the checkbox 'Remember Me' so you don't have to log in every time.
If you've forgotten your password, select 'Forgot Password', and you'll be sent a password reset link in your email.
2. Log in when you have more than one Whip Around account
If you or a user needs to access multiple Whip Around accounts, you can access all of their accounts with a single/shared login.
Accessing Multiple Accounts
To get started, you'll need to be invited to join the Whip Around account by an Admin of the account.
Quick Note (for you or admin on how to invite a user):
It is essential to use the same email address for each account the user will have.
In the Menu bar, navigate to the 'People' module > Users.
Click the 'Invite Users' button and fill out their information.
Click 'Invite' once ready.
Repeat the process for all the accounts the user will need access to.
For example, as an account Admin, Vijay adds Lauren to his company account.
An invitation will be sent to the email address with a link in it for the user to accept by clicking the link.
If it's the first time the account is created, then the user can set up a username and password during the log in process.
If the user already has a Whip Around account and it's not the first time they're logged in, then when the link is clicked, it will take them to the login page as usual.
Once logged in, the user will see the new company added under their profile in the drop-down menu bar on the top right-hand side of the page.
They can select which account they want to view and switch between accounts as required.
For example, Lauren logs into her account and can switch between Whip Around (Vijay's company) and Otto Bus (the other company account).
