Develop a strong understanding of everything happening within your fleet with the Whip Around Reports module.

• Locate fleet reports from the Reports module

• Filter to refine your search

• Export reports

Use the left-hand side menu bar to select the 'Reports' module. You'll find all reports from various product categories throughout the product in one centralized place.

Free trial customers will have access to Inspection and Maintenance reports for the duration of the trial.

Basic and Standard (Inspect) plan customers will be able to access reports on:

Pro (Maintain) plan customers will be able to access reports on:

Show CSV. or Excel report file formats by selecting the drop-down menu under 'Report format'. By default, both file formats will be showcased on the Reports page.

Filter by team using the dropdown menu under 'All teams'.

Choose the date range of the reports under the calendar dropdown.

Select the name of the report to export it automatically. It will include the properties of the filters you previously chose to set up the view.

A message will pop up in the top right-hand side of the page while it's generating.

Select Download file.csv on the bottom left of the page to open the newly exported report.
