Access and download invoices within Whip Around

Only Admins have permission to manage Whip Around subscriptions and update billing information. There will be a Subscriptions tab in their Profile >> Settings menu.

Whip Around invoices will be automatically emailed to the account holder; however, they can also be accessed from within the platform in the billings section.

Note: If you don't have a Subscription button or tab, it means you don't have the correct permissions to access Billing & Subscriptions. You may have a Manager profile โ€“ what you need is Admin rights.

If something looks different within your account settings, reach out to us using the chat at the bottom right-hand corner of this screen. Alternatively, contact your Customer Success Manager and we'll get you sorted as quickly as possible.

Log into Whip Around. Hover over your profile name and scroll down to select Settings.

Select the Subscriptions tab, then scroll down to the Billing History section.

Use the scroll bar to locate the invoice you're looking for. Select the down arrow to download the invoice.

Note: We can issue invoices for annual plans (prepay for a year in advance). Your Customer Success Manager will be able to assist you with this.
