To view or download an invoice from your Whip Around account, make sure you are an Admin on the account. This is the only User Profile who has access to this information.
If you are not an Admin, and would like access to this information, reach out to the Admin on your account to update your permissions.
While logged into whiparound.com, hover over your profile name and scroll down to select Settings.
Once inside Settings, select the Subscriptions tab, then scroll down to the Billing History section.
In the Billing history section, you will see the Invoices billed to your account, as well as any Payment details (if applicable).
To download an Invoice, click on the Invoice Number. It will download to your computer.
Note: We can issue invoices for annual plans (prepay for a year in advance).
