Forms in Whip Around's Forms Module are customizable digital forms designed to help you create and complete vehicle inspection checklists and other operational forms. The Forms Module allows you to create forms that are tailored to your specific needs and requirements.

To create a new form, you can choose from a list of available templates or create a custom form from scratch. Once you've selected a template or created a blank form, you can start adding fields to the form.

Fields in Whip Around's Forms Module can be customized to fit your needs. You can choose from a variety of field types, including text fields, checkboxes, drop-down lists, mileage, engine hours, signatures and more. You can also customize fields by adding labels, help text/images, and making them required or optional.

When you're finished creating your form, be sure to save it by clicking the "Save" button. You can then publish your form by selecting the "Publish" button. This will make the form available for use by your team.

To complete a form, select the form from the list of available forms after selecting the asset you would like to inspect and fill in the fields as required. Once you've completed the form, click the "Submit" button to submit it to your team.

You can manage your forms by selecting "Forms" from the menu on the left-hand side of the screen. Here, you can view all of your forms, edit existing forms, and delete forms that are no longer needed.

Whip Around's Forms Module also integrates with other Whip Around modules, including the Inspections Module, allowing you to use forms as part of your vehicle inspection process.

Overall, Whip Around's Forms Module is a powerful tool for creating and completing digital forms quickly and easily.
