By default, you will be following all the Teams in your account. When you're following a Team, you will see inspection and defects data for every Asset and Driver in that team. This data will be reflected in the Dashboard, Defects and Inspections modules. You will also receive real-time alerts & notifications for the Drivers and Assets in the Team (if notifications are enabled).
To be managing, following, or unfollow a Team, Follow the instructions below:
Navigate to the users module, and select the user you would like to update (Note that you will have to be an admin to update other users)
Click on the team management tab, and you'll be able to select which teams to manage, follow, or none
Managing:
Ability to edit Drivers, Assets and Managers within the Team. See and receive real-time alerts and notifications for Defects/Inspections of its Drivers and Assets.
Following:
Ability to view Drivers, Assets and Managers within the Team. See and receive real-time alerts and notifications for Defects/Inspections of the Drivers and Assets within the Team.
None:
You have unfollowed that Team and will not see any data or receive any alerts or notifications.
