The Vendors Module is now available to all Whip Around customers, allowing you to centralize all of your vendor information within Whip Around.
Users can now:
Manually add or bulk upload parts vendors
Add multiple contacts against a single vendor
Associate a vendor against any part within inventory
Add different types of vendors (service, vehicle, fuel, etc.)
Assign a defect/work order to a vendor contact
Send a magic link via email to a vendor contact when a defect/work order is assigned to them, allowing the vendor to work on the defect/work order without logging into the Whip Around system
How to access and use Vendors module -
Navigate to the interface from Dashboard → Vendors.
