1. Navigate to Defects module -> click on ‘+ Create defect’
2. After clicking on the ‘create defect’ button, a drawer will appear from right of your screen where you can enter the necessary details of the defects.
Mandatory attributes to be added -
Defect name
Date
Comment
Asset
Optional attributes that can be added -
Driver
Priority
Severity
Attachments
3. After adding necessary data, click on ‘Create defect’ button to navigate to defect details page.
