Yes, Drivers can still use and access the Whip Around mobile app even without a data connection or when not in a service range. All parts of the app are available offline with the exception of syncing inspection reports. Drivers can complete inspections without a data connection and can press 'submit' to send the report, but will receive a warning message that the report will not sync to the dashboard until the phone comes back into cell range.

The inspection report will be timestamped to reflect the time at which the report was completed, not when the dashboard received the report.

*Admin or Manager functionality (managing defects and work orders) in the mobile app are not available offline because any information updated in the mobile app would need to sync to the dashboard immediately. When there is no internet or service, the information cannot sync to the dashboard.
