You can bulk upload assets to add them to your Whip Around quickly, or to overwrite asset details currently in Whip Around. If you need to bulk update a portion of your assets, you only need to include those select assets on the asset document, not your entire fleet.

Go to the 'Assets' module > select '+ Asset' > select 'Bulk Upload'

Select 'Download Template'.

This will generate an Excel document with your current vehicle information. You can then add the necessary information into the columns.

Once you have entered in the updated vehicle information, save the Excel document and upload it into Whip Around.

The new or changed asset information will now be reflected on the dashboard and mobile app.
