All cards on an inspection form are required to be completed by your driver. If a specific question or section does not apply, such as inspecting an asset with or without a trailer, we recommend creating two separate inspection forms such as 'Pre Trip Inspection' and 'Pre Trip Inspection with Trailer'.
There is one exception - a Photo card can be made optional. You can choose to make a Photo card not mandatory by checking the box next to 'Mandatory' and adding it to your inspection form.
When a Driver completes an inspection that has an optional Photo card, they will see a 'Skip' option during the inspection. If the driver chooses to 'Skip' the photo card, they will automatically be taken to the next card.
