Bulk Exporting and Printing Inspection Reports in PDF

It is possible to export PDFs from all form submissions stored in the web portal. Below we have included some helpful steps on how to extract the information from form submissions into an Excel file and eventually into a PDF printable file.

Download PDFs of All Submitted Forms

  1. Install and open Google Chrome

  2. Navigate to Google https://www.google.com/

  3. Type "Open Multiple URLs" and press Enter

  4. Click "Open Multiple URLs"

  5. Click "Add to Chrome"

  6. Click "Add extension"

  7. Type in your User Name and Password

  8. Click "LOG IN"

  9. Click "Inspections"

  10. Click "Inspection History"

  11. Click "Past week"

  12. Click the time period of the inspections in which you need in PDF form

  13. Click "Actions"

  14. Click "Export Excel (xx items)"

  15. Open the downloaded "Inspection History" Excel file

  16. Click the "All Inspections" tab

  17. If prompted click "Enable Editing"

  18. Locate Column X, then select and copy the URLs of the inspections you need in PDF form

  19. Navigate back to Google Chrome and click "Extensions"

  20. Click "Open Multiple URLs"

  21. Paste the URLs from the Inspection History Excel file into the "List of URLs / Text to extract URLs from:" textbox within the Open Multiple URLs extension

    (If you have a large list of URLs it is recommended to add them in batches of ~100 or less.)

  22. Click "Open URLs"

    โ€‹Note: New tabs will be opened as the files download. Do not close them. They will close automatically once the files are successfully downloaded.

  23. All PDFs will appear in your computer's Downloads folder.
