2 Ways to Log In to the Whip Around Mobile App:
1. How to log in using an SMS Link (also called a Magic Link)
Open the Whip Around app on your device, and choose 'Log in with SMS'
You will then be prompted to enter your mobile number. Enter your number, and select 'Send SMS link'.
Upon selecting 'Send SMS link', you should receive a confirmation.
You should receive a text message with the link to click. Click this link, and it will automatically open the app and log you into Whip Around.
Please Note: Some carriers automatically filter messages such as these. Please check any spam folders if you do not receive the text message as expected.
2. How to log in using a username and password
Open your Whip Around app, enter your username and password and select 'Log in'. You'll be logged in.
Please Note: If you've forgotten what your password or username is, contact your Fleet Manager and ask them to provide you with these details.
