Whip Around's Service Programs module is designed to help fleet managers streamline maintenance and repair processes, reduce downtime, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. With this module, you can create and manage service tasks, track maintenance history, and monitor vehicle performance.

One of the key features of Whip Around's Service Programs module is the ability to create service schedules based on time, mileage, or engine hours. This allows you to set up service tasks based on how long a vehicle has been in service, how many miles it has driven, or how many engine hours it has accumulated. You can then set up reminders to ensure that service tasks are completed on time, reducing the risk of breakdowns and prolonging the life of your vehicles.

Whip Around's Service Programs module also integrates with the Work Orders and Defects modules, allowing you to create work orders based on service tasks and track any defects that are discovered during maintenance or inspections. This helps you to ensure that all necessary repairs are carried out promptly and efficiently, reducing downtime and improving vehicle safety.

To create a new Service Program in Whip Around, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Whip Around account and select 'Maintenance' module > select 'Service Program' tab from the menu on the left-hand side of the screen.

  2. Click the 'Add New Service Program' button in the top right-hand corner of the screen.

  3. Name your Service Program and give it a brief description.

  4. Choose the type of Service Program you want to create. You can choose from Scheduled Maintenance, Unscheduled Maintenance, Inspections, or Custom.

  5. If you choose Scheduled Maintenance or Unscheduled Maintenance, you can set up specific tasks and assign them to vehicles in your fleet. You can also set up reminders based on time, mileage, or engine hours to ensure that tasks are completed on time.

  6. If you choose Inspections, you can create custom inspection checklists and assign them to specific vehicles in your fleet. You can also set up reminders to ensure that inspections are completed on time.

  7. If you choose Custom, you can create a Service Program that meets your specific needs. You can set up tasks, inspections, and other activities and assign them to vehicles in your fleet.

  8. Once you've created your Service Program, you can assign it to vehicles in your fleet. You can also track maintenance history, view upcoming tasks and inspections, and monitor vehicle performance.

Whip Around's Service Programs module integrates with other Whip Around modules, including the Inspections Module, Work Orders Module, and Defects Module, allowing you to create and manage inspections, work orders, and defects as part of your maintenance program.

Overall, Whip Around's Service Programs are a powerful tool for streamlining maintenance and repair processes, reducing downtime, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
