For the Free Trial version you can only have one (1) user, which will be auto assigned as an Admin user.
Once you convert from a Free Trial account to a paid account, you can have unlimited Admins, Managers and Team Managers.
If you have a Pro subscription, which includes access to the maintenance module, you can add unlimited mechanics to your account as well.
